LMT was founded by Ms. Lani Hay, a former Intelligence Officer and Aviator who served honorably in the United States Navy. Ms. Hay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business, and a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University. Ms. Hay has also completed continuing education courses at Hawaii Pacific University, Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and the Esalen Institute.
