Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO-CAC)

LMT provides scientific, engineering, programmatic, budgetary and administrative management at all levels within the Capabilities Acquisition Center (CAC) of JIEDDO, whose mission is to focus all DoD efforts to defeat the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) as a Weapon of Strategic Influence. LMT streamlines, synchronizes, and integrates acquisition, testing, fielding research and development, intelligence, and training processes for this critical, global DoD Counter-IED resource.

Army Asymmetric Warfare Office (AAWO)

Within AAWO LMT coordinates all Army Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) initiatives. Within the Adaptive Networks, Threats and Solutions Division, LMT assists the Army G-3/5/7 in the development of a common operational picture for the Senior Army Leadership, recommends solutions for emerging asymmetric threats and Weapons of Strategic Influence, conducts scientific expertise and focus to emerging capabilities, and provides administrative support for the Explosive Ordinance Disposal program.

Law Enforcement Program (LEP)

At the Army Criminal Investigation Division located at Ft Belvoir, VA, LMT provides management, organizational and business improvement support of methods to identify, penetrate, interdict, and penetrate international insurgent and criminal-like network enterprises and their employment of C-IEDs. LMT develops and executes innovative courses of action for institutionalizing non-standard, non-materiel initiatives within the Army.

Department of State Foreign Service Institute (DOS FSI)

LMT furnishes facilities support management, logistics, warehousing and material handling personnel for the FSI campus and ancillary DOS locations in the National Capital Region. LMT conducts space allocation management, classroom setup, and maintenance request services to encompass the entire scope of support activities to educate and train Foreign Service Officers.
